+- Encourages user to build a network that has good coverage, to optimize
+  approval rating
+- Maps in 3d Madison's buildings, parks, roads, and bodies of water
+- Limits user to a budget for expenses
+- Simulates revenue from fares
+- (allows for upgrading of bus rolling stock)
